  1. I see 19,000 square feet and I get excited - hoping to see some spectacular, monumental spaces, and then ... a stupid indoor basketball court. If the owner is an NBA star, fine, but given the awful cold and snowy winter weather, along with regular year-round rain in NY, an indoor pool for all those times when swimming outdoors is uncomfortable would be preferable to a b'ball court. I guess the next owner could convert the room into something genuinely useful for the vast majority of future potential buyers.
