  1. There is a kind of cold-blooded ruthlessness with metal shelving and chrome furnishings in a wine cellar. Most wine cellars are deliberately romantic with medieval-esque wood and brickwork. Like you'd see in a real winery. But what the heck - the rest of the house equally dispassionate.
