  1. The centerpiece of any grand, classic elevation is the entry, and this one sucks. For a 26+K square foot palace selling for almost $30 million, that narrow, single door set in a tiny niche looks more like a side door or service entry for the staff, not the portal to a grand foyer. BTW - no pics of the foyer? Makes one wonder if it's no grander than that front door.
