  1. Lovely outside, but the low ceilings in the major public rooms are a serious detraction. Second story rooms should always be placed over the garage or covered porches to free up the space over the first floor rooms.
    The pathetic livestock watering trough (aka "soaker tub) in the master bathroom should be replaced with a genuine whirlpool spa (this is supposed to be luxury housing, right?). The hardwood flooring is pretty bad - no chevrons or inlaid patterns, just plain planks - might as well cover the floors with tongue depressors or popsicle sticks.
