  1. $4,500/square for for this? Kidding me? The only thing "visionary" about this architect are the magic mushrooms he's on. Nothing new here - it's a monument to the usual contemporary stereotypes - glass, concrete, hard, sharp, unrelieved edges, plain boards on floors and ceilings, plexiglass staircase, shiny flat veneers, gas-jet linear "fireplaces" and light bulbs cleverly placed for effect. Skilled artisans need not apply.

    $50 million to live in this steaming pile, in the ongoing nightmare of Cuomo's NY? No thanks, no way.
