  1. I'm a little curious about that tub in the master bathroom. Why go through the trouble and expense of building-in a lovely oversized tub in a splendid marble surround, and it not even be a whirlpool spa? Kinda stupid, dontcha think?

    I would also dig up the basketball court and put in an indoor pool/natatorium. Then I would convert the bowling alley into an indoor pistol range.

    Not for what it is, but for the potential this estate offers, I approve.
