  1. The description calls it "breathtaking" but the only air I'm missing is from this house being bear-hugged onto a teeny-tiny lot, tightly sandwiched between other big houses. Walden Drive is a residential sardine can where rich homeowners can practically pass a jar of Grey Poupon from house to house just by reaching out of a window. This kind of loot demands a no-compromise site, where if I want a guest house or two, a tennis court, a putting green, a pool house, detached extra garage, whatever, it's no problem. Here, all creativity, all ambition is suffocated by the impossibly constrained lot. I don't see this turkey selling for anywhere near the asking price - the buyer may expect a multi-million dollar discount.
