  1. I don't care where it is, a 7800 sq.ft. mini-mansion on a crummy half acre lot for $13 million is ridiculous. FYI - the Super Walmarts and Golden Corrals are no better in CA than anywhere else, Amazon delivers world-wide, and with Zoom, everywhere is wherever you are, so location-location-location no longer matters much.

    Besides that, what little mansion there is pretty much sucks - that "home office" is an insult to western civilization.
