  1. Stately and imposing architecture, true baronial splendor inside. Magnificent alfresco facilities. A genuine working palace for the active mogul. At $10 million, it's almost a bargain, and I'll bet they'll take quite a bit less. That amount will get you a guest house in the Hamptons or a storage shed in Beverly Hills, or a walk-out basement efficiency in Manhattan, and you'll be stuck living in Cuomo's abomination or Newsome's nightmare.
