  1. Love the architecture, don't like the layout inside. Just as informal areas like kitchen, breakfast room and family room are often grouped into one big area, so should the formal areas be together. Combination living/dining/piano alcove/wet bar great rooms are much more livable than the living and dining rooms here. Both are oversized detached alcoves, disconnected from the rest of the house, with no supporting features, in other words, they're just marooned enclosed spaces that don't interact or function with any others.
