This is far beyond a mansion, it is a genuine working palace, and a garden-variety multi-millionaire would not be comfortable with all the costs of ownership.
ReplyDeleteThis would be an appropriate residence for an ambassador, except no country has their embassy in CO. Aside from that, it would make a splendid super-upscale B&B, or rehab spa for the rich and addicted, overweight, or whatever.
Anyway, it's a helluva lotta house and land, and a much better deal than spending 3 or 4 times the asking price on a crummy Manhattan apartment.
