Sited on one of
Manhattan's most elite residential blocks, this stately six-story limestone townhouse was designed by
John H. Duncan of Grant's Tomb fame and built in 1910. Architect and designer William T. Georgis of
Georgis & Mirgorodsky, was enlisted to restore the Beaux Arts-style residence to its Gilded Age splendor and has been modernized to complement today's exacting standards.
