  1. Bedrooms 2 and 6 have to share a bathroom? Kidding me? A perfectly usable bathroom takes all of 40 square feet. With 13,300 square feet to work with, the architect couldn't find an 8'x5' space? Including the au pair suite, there are nine bedrooms. Do you really think a little 3 car garage with no porte-cochere will do? This mansion is sited in Maryland. There is a nice 3 month warm weather stretch over the summer, but there's also a 40% chance of rain for much of that. Might an indoor pool have crossed the architect's multi-million dollar mind? Hey, "master builder," for 4.5 million bucks, and 13+K square feet to work with, would you f*cking mind checking a few more boxes? Do I have to think of everything?
